Who Can Refer?
We accept referrals from a wide range of professionals, including local authorities, social workers, healthcare providers, and other organizations supporting vulnerable individuals. If you believe that someone could benefit from our services, we encourage you to make a referral.
How to Refer?

Eligibility Criteria
To ensure that we provide the most appropriate support, we ask that referrals meet the following criteria:
- Individuals must be aged 16-25.
- Must be experiencing or at risk of homelessness, or in need of additional support due to complex life circumstances.
- Referrals should come from a recognized agency or professional.
What Happens Next?
Once we receive your referral, our team will review the information provided and contact you within 48 hours to discuss the next steps. We will work closely with you to ensure a smooth transition and provide ongoing updates on the individual's progress.
